Robert Half Technology is looking for a tier one tech support agent to work from home for a Salt Lake based start up company. This position will be providing tech support to home users and small to medium-sized companies to troubleshoot a variety of issues such as, virus removal, Windows blue screen, printer connection, mobile support, basic networking, hardware and software issues. This will be done via Skype from your home. We are looking for people that are excited about getting in on the ground level and want to grow with this budding start-up company. This is a six month contract to hire. The schedule will be M-W-F-Saturday (20-30 hours a week).
Requirements:
Skype account
High speed internet
at least one year of prior IT experience
Certifications and/or an IT related degree is preferred, but NOT required
