We are looking for a help desk tech for a great company in the Murray area. Pay starts at $17/hr. The ideal candidate will have extensive troubleshooting experience, experience with imaging, installations (especially Windows 7), upgrades, Voip (Shoretel), SSRS report writer (any report writer is okay, but the client uses SSRS), some programming is a huge plus (especially SQL coding), Lotus Notes, Citrix.
The most important thing for this position is ATTITUDE. We need someone that is passionate about IT, eager to learn and is a great critical thinker. Customer service is a must! There is definitely room to grow in this company and this could be a great opportunity. This is a 3 month contract to hire.
