Whether you are an experienced support tech or just know your way around computers please apply. We will be hiring 5 techs by Monday for our rapidly growing tech support company. Responsibilities include answering phones, helping clients with follow-up care and questions regarding the support they have been provided. Requirements
Standard Requirements:
- Full time hours are between 7am to 10pm Mon-Fri
- Rotating Saturday schedule.
- You will be working with our clients daily over the phone and internet to resolve client concerns.
- Prior call center experience helpful.
Experience Required:
- Must have extensive knowledge with various versions of Windows and some Mac experience.
- Must have experience with HIGH level of customer service.
- Must have High School Diploma or GED
Pay is determined on experiences.
