This is a 3 month contract with potential to go longer for a company here in Salt Lake. Pay starts at $25/hr.
Our client is deploying a Vista SOE image to our Canadian and US fleet.
Phase 1 will be to distribute 400 machines to US(Salt Lake City) and Canada sites. We will continue onward with the total deployment to up to 2000 machines. This will be a refreshed Vista image that is currently already within our environment - so predominately a hardware refresh project.
Office Base: Salt Lake City, this person needs to be slightly flexible to enable travel to Canada if required
Technical Skills: Vista knowledge and trouble shooting capability (level 2 - 3 skills), Desktop deployment knowledge, Active Directory knowledge, Altiris familiarity (preferred), basic scripting knowledge, Planning and coordinating,
Soft Skills: great coordination of team skills (deployment capable organiser), great communication skills (able to present complex technology to a non technical user), sociable and approachable.
